The Evergreen Institute for Health and Wellness
The average lifespan for Americans has dropped each of the past two years. 40% of us are obese. 70% of us take at least one prescription medicine a day.  These numbers are staggering. America needs to take its health back and we can do that one person at a time. YOU are that person, THIS is your time, WE want to help. Our goal is to make that affordable.

Services We Offer
Speaking engagements, small group hands on classes, individual coaching, a book club, kombucha meet up... whatever YOU need to become a healthier you!
Currently serving Evergreen and the Denver Metro area.

Wellness Speaking Engagements
We would love to come talk to your group of ten or more on any of our myriad topics on wellness. Depending on the size of your group and the time we have, we will plan an engaging and fun interactive presentation with an action plan for each person moving forward. There is no cost for these presentations.
